For part two, take a similar situation to the last one and shoot the same three kinds of picture, but for each one vary the cameras's white balance setting. Take one at the daylight/sunlight setting, a second as the shade setting, and a third at auto. Then compare the three versions for each noting any differences.

Conclusion.
From this exercise I have learnt that the sunlight and auto setting are actually quite alike so my camera does do quite a good job of judging the colour. The shade setting always seems to be quite yellowish and too warm compared to the 'real' scene.
The auto setting does occasionally appear to have blue tones to it.
